the EEN darkroom

Finally! It's done...or at least in the very workable definition of "done". The first five rolls processed this afternoon were a complete success...not to mention, I snaped a couple of shots that I am eager to get under the enlarger. I will be posting the very choice beauties on my website (www.eenphotos.com) over the next couple of weeks and months and so on.

The smell of the darkroom chemistry has awakened a part of me that hasn't been alive in some time...it has consumed my creativity and breathed life into my inner flame.

almost there...

this has been an on again, off again (mostly off-again) project for me...my darkroom. this afternoon i finally got over my mental block as to how to plumb this sink into existing hot/cold water lines and a drain line. as it stands right now i have hot and cold water, a drain line that slopes downhill and no...i repeat...no leaks. this is a good thing. i figure that i am about 80% finished with this over-all task. what's left? i have to patch the holes that i punched threw the sheetrock to run the supply/return and paint the room black. my plan is to have these items complete by next weekend. i am excited about getting back into tradition photography.
